Do I need to be home for the house to be cleaned?
No. This is a common occurrence as your time is valuable. We take before and after photos of every job to document and display our quality. We do ask that all windows are closed.
My contractor said my siding and deck were zero maintenance.
Unfortunately there is no such thing as “no maintenance”. Although there are some materials on the market that require less maintenance than others.
What is the dark staining on my siding and driveway?
Mold/Mildew and overall Dirt buildup. Mold grows in moist, damp, and shaded areas. Due to Georgia's humidity it has become a breeding ground for mold and mildew.
Isn’t mold a health problem?
Yes, Mold and mildew can cause allergy symptoms and in some cases encourage the development of asthma.
How often should I have my house washed?
We recommend having your house washed at least once per year. This provides consistent protection from harmful algae, mold, and other contaminants.
Do we use your homes water?
Yes, we do require access to a working water spigot on the outside of the home.
